mb-assistant Terms of Service

1. What mb-assistant is

mb-assistant is a personal assistant application built and operated by Sam Al-Harbi (the "operator") for his own use. It connects only to the operator's own Google accounts. It is not offered, licensed or sold to the public, and nobody other than the operator may use it.

2. Use of Google services

mb-assistant accesses Gmail and Google Calendar through Google APIs with the operator's authorization. Use of those Google services remains subject to Google's own terms of service and privacy policy. The operator may revoke the application's access at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.

3. Privacy

How the application handles Google user data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

4. No warranty

mb-assistant is in development and is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. The operator uses it at his own risk and remains responsible for every message or calendar event he approves.

5. Changes

These terms may change as the application develops. Changes are posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
